May 31, 2026 - Colossians 3:5-11 - Because we have died in Christ (v. 3), it is incumbent upon us to put to a practical death all that remains of the old man. He lists five sins that are connected with our bodies, and 6 that are sins of the mind and heart. All must be put off, and the new man, created in the image of Jesus Christ must be put on.
May 24, 2026 - Esther 4:13-16 - Heroes do not choose the situation that calls for heroism, they don't know ahead of time what will be the results of their actions, and they don't all live to tell their story. Esther is a good example of this. Those who die are essential to the success of the mission. Surely we ought to remember and honor them.
Special Messages
Two of the messages in this section are a couple of the most important messages I have ever preached. The truths in these messages are very little understood, and yet they impact our lives as Christians in profound ways. The messages are intended to be listened to as a unit, "Glorifying God" first, and then "Motivation for Ministry." I strongly encourage you to listen to them.
I have recently added a third message that I also believe is very important, because our view of God has been deteriorating in the past generation. We must return to a high view of God.
November 23, 2025 - This message answers two questions: Why are we unthankful, and what can we do about it?
Isaiah 55:5-9 The most wonderful thing about God is that He is far beyond our comprehension. Yet there is nothing more challenging and rewarding than trying to comprehend Him!
